His approach of making his clients his number one priority and always being absolutely honest and frank – “I’m honest to a fault,” he freely admits – are the touchstones of his success and the backbone of every realty sale. Andrew is a connector and his energy brings people together. When people mention an issue they have his mental rolodex starts flipping, “Who do I know that can solve this problem?” real estate related or not. He also believes in getting it right the first time- including professional home staging and photos before the home hits the market.

Andrew “the Lake Guy” Allen is 43, married with one boy and one girl, and is very involved with school activities for both kids and the lake community where they live. He can be found sailing, wakeboarding, slalom water skiing– anything and everything on the lake – as well as kite surfing, biking, hiking, and snowboarding. Go big or go home!
